Dedicated his-and-her bathrooms, preferably with whirlpool bathtubs. In the kitchen: Trash compactors, islands with built-in ranges, dual sinks, built-in seating and walk-in pantries. They also favor front porches and rooms that can be used for their exercise gear, elaborate TV set-ups or video gaming.
If that all sounds fancy, you’re right. But with the average millennial now 31 years old & entering the prime home-buying years; their tastes will matter.
