Quick Closing and More Personal Attention:  With fewer applications, the mortgage processing moves more efficiently and quickly, for a smooth and speedy closing.
Faster Moving:  Booking a quality mover should be easier in the off-season.  There may even be moving coupons, deals and bartering through getting several quotes.
Don’t Wait for the Perfect Home:  Keep your list of “must have” and “would like to have” separate.  Be flexible if the location and the condition, along with a good floor plan could work for you.
