“Young families are flocking to this area due to strong elementary schools with solid ratings. – Realtor.com”

Views for the “49508” zip code are up 4% in the past year; meaning, homes in Kentwood are receiving 4-times more views than the rest of the country.  Homes in this location are priced 33% lower than the rest of Kent County, bringing the median sales price to $193,168:  A 9.5% increase from last year.  Millennials appreciate Kentwood’s affordability, the surrounding strong local economy and the cultural and outdoor amenities.
