We are into the 3^rd week of Meijer Gardens’ annual butterflies exhibit, running through April 30.

Housed in the Lena Meijer Tropical Conservatory, where over 7,000 butterflies and moths, from regions of Costa Rica, Ecuador, the Philippines Kenya and all over the world, will amaze and delight you.
To accommodate these tropical species, the conservatory is kept at a balmy 85 degrees with 70 percent humidity.  This exhibit attracts 185,000 visitors, from all over the world, each year.  The butterflies continue with more than 1,000 weekly pupae arrivals.
The redesigned observation station features, allow all guests excellent views of the chrysalises onward to the beautiful butterflies that they become.
