Demand caters to a new “Suites of Marriott”, a to-be-built, which is an extended-stay hotel. 5411 28th Street, will be the home to a new 100-suite extended stay motel, the first of its kind in SE Michigan. This approved business building will fill a void of the ever-increasing need for local businesses to house professional and corporate clients, coming into our city for short work assignments. Each suite will have a kitchenette and the length of customer stays are slated to be geared for one week to several months.
