NEWAYGO – RIVERFRONT: Located north of Grand Rapids, this 28+ wooded acreage boasts 1,011 feet of low to mid height bank on our premier Muskegon River. This river is home to gamefish, both migratory and cool water and warm water resident fish: LK MI salmon, steelhead, and lake brown trout. During the last quarter of our year, our Muskegon River showcases the Midwest’s best Spey fishing river. There is an abundance of brown trout, smallmouth bass, northern pike and both chinook and king salmon in October. Brown and Rainbow trout are found below the Croton Dam. There are plentiful deer and turkey populations for hunters and a snug cabin on premises, for comfort, an appreciation of the land and the splendor and majesty of Mother Nature and God’s gift to man.
